BEFORE: THE ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW BOARD

   Captain Hal Winters moved for an order requiring the Acting Administrator to issue a ruling within 10 days on the applicability of the professional exemption to captains and first officers. The Acting Administrator responded to the motion stating that a draft ruling is pending review by the Acting Administrator and will be issued "very soon." In light of this representation by the Acting Administrator, the motion for a scheduling order is denied.
