NOTICE OF CASE CLOSING

   The Administrative Review Board is in receipt of a letter dated June 6, 1998, from Respondent, William Williams, requesting review of a Decision and Order issued by the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) on May 22, 1998, in this case arising under the Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act, 29 U.S.C. §1801-1872 (1988) (Act). Upon consideration, the Board declines to issue a Notice of Intent to Modify or Vacate the ALJ's Decision and Order as provided in 29 C.F.R. §500.265. Accordingly, the ALJ's Decision and Order constitutes the final administrative order, and this case is CLOSED. See 29 C.F.R. §500.262(g).1
