At February 4, 2002 hearing of this matter, and upon oral argument of Respondent's motion to dismiss the complaint filed herein, upon due consideration thereof, it is hereby
ORDERED, that this matter be and the same is REMANDED to Occupational Safety and Health Administration, United States Department of Labor, for the purpose of Complainants' filing with said office, on or before sixty (60) days hereof, an amended complaint (to include allegations of acts of discrimination occurring within a period of timeliness for complaint filing under the Act) for processing and determination of merits thereof by such office, and it is further
ORDERED, that the undersigned shall retain jurisdiction over this matter upon the return of such remand.
