RIPPEY Administrative Law Judge ORDER CORRECTING ERRORS IN DECISION AND ORDER The last sentence of the second full paragraph on page 2 of the Decision and Order issued December 19, 1994 contains mathematical errors and should be deleted. The following sentence is hereby substituted therefor: "Fifty dollars each for 26 weeks, adds ,300.00 to the amounts calculated above, resulting in a total of $5,527.08." The last sentence of the third full paragraph on page 2 is stricken, and the following substituted therefor: "This deduction results in a net lost pay amount of $4,802.08.
[PAGE 2] The first sentence of the ORDER on p. 3 is stricken, and the following substituted therefor: "The Respondent, Florida Stage Lines, is hereby ordered to pay to the Complainant, Ricky M. Polgar, payment equal to wages lost by the Complainant as a result of its discrimination against him through the end of December, 1994 in the amount of four thousand eight hundred two dollars and eight cents ($4,802.08), and to pay to pay to attorney Tobe Lev, Esq. of Orlando, Florida the sum of $2,940.80 for representation services rendered to the Complainant in this matter."
