                      ORDER OF DISMISSAL

     The above-entitled matter is presently scheduled for trial
to commence on March 30, 1995, in Forth Smith, Arkansas.  On
February 6, 1995, Complainant, Steve Adams, filed a Motion to
Dismiss his claim herein against Respondent.  It is hereby
ordered that the scheduled trial of March 30, 1995, is cancelled
and the matter herein is dismissed with prejudice.
