For good cause shown in compliance with Federal Rules of Civil Procedure Rule 41(a) and 29 Code of Federal Regulations § 18.9(c)(2), I find and order the following:
IT IS ORDERED that this action be, and the same hereby is, DISMISSED With Prejudice and without cost or attorneys' fees to either party.
