   This case arises under the Energy Reorganization Act of 1974 (ERA), 42 U.S.C. §5851 (1988 and Supp. V 1993), and was transmitted to the Board for review of a Recommended Decision and Order issued by the Administrative Law Jude (ALJ) on October 28, 1997. The parties have filed with the Board a Joint Motion to Remand Case to ALJ for Settlement Approval.

   The parties motion is GRANTED, and this case is REMANDED to the ALJ for issuance of a recommended decision and order on review of the parties' Settlement Agreement and Release.
