BEFORE: THE SECRETARY OF LABOR NOTICE OF FILING By letter dated May 14, 1992, Respondent Consolidated Freightways requested reconsideration of the Order of Remand issued on May 6, 1992, by the Secretary of Labor in the captioned case. The reconsideration request does not show service on Complainant Kenneth Land, and a copy hereby is provided him. Complainant is accorded a period of 10 days from the receipt of this notice in which to submit any response to Respondent's request. All filings in connection with the reconsideration request shall be submitted to the Office of Administrative Appeals, U.S. Department of Labor, 200 Constitution Avenue, N.W., Room S-4309, Washington, D.C. 20210.
